- ABACUS
- After some research, I decided to design a standard school abacus with 10 bars - 10 beads on each bar.
My thought is that the faces of 20 Nobel Peace Prize Winners are dispersed amongst the remaining 80 simplified, non-descript faces/balls.
On the back of the finishing sheet against the wall either in stainless or even colored glass I would like to include information on who they are and what they did? Finding them not with a photographic reference but a number that responds to their position on the abacus.
The faces and shapes to be cast in bronze. The bars that they are positioned on in stainless steel and the framework in galvanized mild steel.
